Our Team

Charmaine (Charlie) Humphrey comes to Wagner with a diversified background in construction, risk management and insurance.  Having worked in agencies large and small, she has worked for niche markets with cranes, scaffolding, and equipment rental dealers, as well as a varied book of business that includes customers such as American Eagle Outfitters, Giant Eagle, Thorp, Reed and Armstrong.  Charlie holds designations as Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).  In her leisure time, Charlie enjoys scrapbooking the lives of her three beautiful granddaughters.  She is a Deacon in her church and participates in service to the parishioners and the community.
